Job Description
Experience
This Classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.

Education
This classification requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Must hold an active Business Analysis Certification and be in good standing in at least one of the following certifications:
- International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) Certification
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®) Certification
2. A minimum of five (5) years of analysis and lead experience organizing, facilitating, and working with clients configuring solutions to support and manage functional requirements and business rules.
3. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

Desirable Qualifications:
4. A minimum of two (2) years of experience using requirement management tools such as IBM Doors, Jira, Azure DevOps.
5. A minimum of three (3) years of Project Management and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience.
6. A minimum of five (5) years of experience testing methodologies similar to the Software Test Management Body of Knowledge and tools like Selenium and robotic process automation.
7. Current certification in Lean Six Sigma or an equivalent
