Position: Murex Developer - Life Insurance

 

Client – HCL Tech/ Money Services Inc.

Location – Denver, COLORADO ( 100% remote allowed)

 

 

JD -  Primarily need someone w/ Murex experience along with life insurance domain and production support environment experience.

 

We are seeking an experienced Murex Developer with knowledge in the Life Insurance domain to join our team. As a Murex Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Murex applications within a production support environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Design and develop Murex workflows, trade capture, pricing, and risk management modules based on business requirements and best practices.

Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions that align with business needs.

Participate in code reviews and ensure the code is maintainable, testable, and adheres to coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Murex applications, including incident and problem management.

Work closely with production support teams to ensure the stability and availability of Murex applications in a production environment.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Murex development and production support.

Strong understanding of Murex workflows, trade capture, pricing, and risk management modules.

Experience in the Life Insurance domain is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
