Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. As an SME, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and solutions in the Finance and Controlling area, specifically related to SAP S/4 HANA implementation. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and map existing ECC processes to S/4 HANA functionality. Your technical expertise and deep understanding of the SAP S/4 HANA platform will enable you to provide comprehensive consulting and advisory services to clients, ensuring successful adoption and migration to S/4 HANA.

Over 14-18 years of overall SAP implementation and support experience.
Proven experience as a solution architect on at least two brownfield/hybrid S/4 HANA implementation projects.
Expert-level familiarity with accounting concepts and strong knowledge of Finance/Accounting processes.
Minimum 10 years of experience in solutioning, design, and process mapping.
Ability to articulate and demonstrate S/4 HANA functionalities.
Experience in S/4/Simple Finance, including implementation and solutioning (at least 5+ years).
Knowledge of Central Finance implementation is preferred.
Extensive experience in FICO modules, including Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA, and integration with other modules.
Experience in developing RFP responses, project estimation, staffing, and pre-sales activities.
Certification in S/4 HANA is a must.
Preferred Background:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent (Accounting preferred).
Proven success in implementing SAP functionality in a team environment, with the ability to work independently when required.
Familiarity with SAP methodology, including gap analysis, data migration planning, and rigorous testing.
Project management experience with large and medium-sized enterprises is preferred"
